FREE PBHOG RIDING SKILLS CLASS FOR MEMBERS
The Palm Beach Motorcycle Drill Team was originally formed because a few Palm Beach HOG chapter members wanted to improve their riding skills. The drill team consists of members of the Palm Beach Chapter of HOG (Harley Owner Group) and is dedicated to the premise that proper riding skills produce better, safer riders.
The Palm Beach Drill Team is organized for educational purposes to improve both the image and safety of the local motorcycle community. Team members consist of riders enthusiastic about motorcycling education, riding abilities and safety.
The team would like to advance the public's awareness of motorcyclists within the community by demonstrating precision drill team riding attainable through persistent skill development and practice.
The Palm Beach Motorcycle Drill Team holds a monthly motorcycle riding skills practice class free to all PBHOG chapter members who would like to practice and improve their riding abilities, specifically on low speed maneuvering techniques.
They donate their time each month by providing free educational, safety and riding skills training activities designed to greatly improve motorcycling safety awareness to all our fellow HOG chapter members.
The classes meet at the Palm Beach Harley Davidson dealership on the second Saturday of the month. The Group Riding Safety class begins at 9:30am and a Motorcycle Riding Skills class starts at 1pm. They work with all interested riders as a group as well as individually.
Several of the current drill team members began with this program. It is a great way to learn some tips and techniques from us and see if you would be interested in joining the team. They are always looking for a PBHOG member to try out for the team.
